We take great care to create high-quality digital products that are designed to provide practical value. As all of our products are delivered digitally and are available for instant download, our return and refund policy differs from that of physical goods.
Digital Products
All products sold by Practical Editions are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive immediate access to download your purchase.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content that is supplied immediately after payment.
Consumer Rights
If you are purchasing from the United Kingdom, European Union or another region with applicable consumer protection laws, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase with your express consent, your legal right to cancel may end once the download or access has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
